DubaiCoolers is a PAS95 launch-stage heat-resilience service. PAS95 determines why and how information submitted through this launch website is used. The final contracting entity is confirmed in writing before paid work.
What the free check stores
Your eleven assessment answers and result are stored in your browser's session storage so you can move through the check and review the result. They remain on that device until the browser session is cleared. They are sent to DubaiCoolers only if you choose to request a human fit review.
What we collect when you contact us
A fit-review request includes your check answers, readiness result, name, organisation, work email, optional phone number, organisation type, town or London borough, number of sites and consent. A general contact request includes the details and message you provide.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to assess fit, respond to requests, prepare an agreed service, protect the website from abuse and meet legal or record-keeping duties. We do not use check answers to make an automated eligibility decision.
Anonymous website measurement
We record a small set of first-party aggregate funnel events—such as starting or completing the check, viewing the sample or paid offer, and submitting a fit-review request. These events contain the page path, optional step number and readiness category. They do not contain names, emails, check answers, cookie identifiers, IP addresses or user-agent strings, and are not sent to third-party analytics services.
Storage, notifications and access
Submitted requests are stored in the website's D1 database and shown only in a protected owner inbox. The authorised owner receives a short email notification through our email-delivery provider when a new request arrives. The full assessment remains in the protected inbox rather than being copied into the notification.
Sharing and commercial relationships
Personal and operational information is not shared with suppliers or local professionals without separate permission. Hosting, database and email-delivery providers may process limited information on our behalf. Any supplier commission or commercial relationship relevant to paid work is disclosed in writing.
Retention
Fit-review and contact submissions are retained for up to 12 months, unless an active client relationship or legal duty requires longer retention, or you ask us to delete the information sooner and no duty requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Use the privacy request option on the contact page. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting.
